Our Bear hunts in Idaho are with hounds only. We hunt Idaho State Forests. We are a mom and pop’s grass-root business, so we keep things simple and we keep it fun! Our hounds are with personal friends and a well known Outfitter in Idaho. Ignore what you hear about unfair chase and to easy! As a lifetime Outdoorsman, hound hunting is harder then any other North American Hunt other than high mountain goat/ram/sheep hunts!

Our California Bear Hunts, We offer 2 types of Bear Hunts. The Basic and the Campers Hunt!

The Basic 2-Day or 3-day California Bear Hunts: is where you supply your own travel, food and camping quarters. You will have transportation during the hunt and your bear will be field dressed and hauled out by our personal “Sherpa’s” that will be present or on call based on need! Prices Do NOT Include: California hunting license or tags, hotel accommodations, transportation from your location to the hunting area, tips, or any meals.
A deposit in advance is required.

The Camper’s hunt: camping with Full Accommodations. We provide a private room separate from our home or a private Camper. On the hunt you will have snacks, food and drinks. You will have transportation during the hunt and your bear will be field dressed and hauled out by our personal “Sherpa’s” that will be present or on call based on need! Prices Do NOT Include: California hunting license or tags, transportation from your location to the hunting area, or any tips. A deposit in advance is required.

Guest fees: You may bring non-hunting guests along on your hunt fora banner-bear-norcalfee if pre-arranged. Seating in a rig vehicle may be limited to the hunter. Guest’s will not be allowed to carry a firearm. If your guest’s are packing out your game and joining the “Sherpa” fraternity you may receive a discount on future hunts.

Upon arrival the service fee becomes due and payable in cash or cashiers check.
Gratuities are not mandatory; however, it is customary to tip your guide, cook and skinner if you feel they did a good job for you. Please call or email us for available dates.
